Safety Protocol in response to COVID-19 Pandemic

The health and safety of our staff and patients is our highest priority. Our COVID-19 Policy includes the following safety steps:

• We require everyone entering the clinic to wear a mask (this includes our doctors & staff members)

• Rigorous disinfection and sanitation protocol of equipment, eyewear and common area

• All eyewear selections will be done one-on-one with our Stylist and frames that are tried on will be kept aside and disinfected after every patient.

• Plexiglass barriers and breath shields on slit lamps

• Patients are to sanitize their hands upon entry to the clinic

• Front doors are locked during open hours to limit the number people in the clinic at all times (child may be accompanied by one parent only). Once you arrive to your appointment, please give us a call to let us know you’re here.

• Hand sanitizer is located at entry points & multiple convenient locations in the clinic

• We are accepting debit & credit tap or interac e-transfer only for payment

• For patient convenience and safety, when your eyewear is ready to be picked up, we will schedule an appointment for delivery
